Paid plans add recurring workflow token quota, higher workflow concurrency, and higher workflow rate limits. Standard is intended for individual developers, and Premium is intended for heavier workflow usage.
Self-serve subscription checkout, subscription updates, and billing portal access are handled through Stripe. Billing updates can take effect after Stripe confirms the payment or subscription change.
If Stripe does not show a cancellable subscription or billing needs manual help, use billing support from Settings or email support@polka.codes.
Stripe may process payment details for paid features. Polka Codes stores billing metadata needed to manage the account, such as Stripe customer IDs, subscription status, invoice records, plan information, payment status, and tax or accounting metadata.
