First confirm that the active chat has the right repository selected and that the request includes the missing details the assistant asks for. If the failure mentions quota, tokens, billing, or send availability, check the usage and billing settings.
For repository work, review the assistant progress updates and any validation output it provides. If a task failed after code, tests, linting, browser inspection, or another tool step, include the visible error summary when asking for help.
